Our Wild Coast Wagyu marrow bones are jam-packed with nature’s nutrients and can be used as an extraordinary flavour base for beef stock.
Rich in iron, phosphorus, vitamin A, and trace amounts of thiamine and niacin, Wagyu marrow bones are both densely nutritious and full of flavour and can be used in broths, soups and even as a buttery spread over warm bread, vegetables or a primary Wagyu cut.
