A bavette steak is not always easy to get your hands on. However, Wild Coast Wagyu frequently stocks this delicious morsel of sought-after meat.

A bavette steak is excellent in several recipes, including fajitas, steak salads, steak enchiladas, Asian stir-fries, or on its own, served with a delicious pan sauce. Wagyu bavette is perfectly suited to cooking over coals grilling, pan-frying, or braising.
